About the City Engineer
Ariel Belino joined the City of Quincy as the Engineer June 16, 2010. In addition to his education, his experience with Grant County prior to employment with the City of Quincy brings a level of service which is an asset to the other departments.
Responsibilities & Projects
City Engineer Belino oversees excavation permits and next to all City construction projects.
