Award Amount: $15,410,000.00 (includes taxes) for Base Bid and $304,000.00 (including taxes) for Alternate Bid 2
This project consists of construction for a new aquatic center which includes an outdoor pool and waterslide complex, a 5,000 square foot building, new parking lot and site work; and other work related thereto on an existing site currently in use and occupied by the Owner as a municipal park (East Park). The existing aquatic center and parking lot are to be demolished after the new center is completed.
