The Quincy Public Safety Committee acts as a go-between for the Quincy City Council, community members, and the police department. The goal of the committee is to address public safety concerns and be a sounding board for the community, so the members can help the police department be more effective and better understand the needs of the community. . The Public Safety Committee meets on the third Wednesday of every month at 4 pm in the Police Department. The meetings are not open to the public, if you wish to address the committee, please contact Administrative Assistant Brittany Lutz at the Quincy Police Department, 509-787-4718, and ask to be put on the committee agenda.

The Quincy Police Department is currently accepting appointments for new CPL's, CPL renewals and fingerprinting services. These appointments will be scheduled on Wednesdays from 9 am to 11:30 am of each week with appointments occurring on the half hour. To make an appointment call 509-787-4718.
The Quincy Police Department no longer has a tip line. Please call MACC dispatch at 509-787-2222 to report a crime or information about a crime, so they can dispatch or give the information to one of our officers.
