Administrative Approvals without Notice - Applies to: Boundary Line Adjustments, Extension of Time for Approval, Minor Amendments to approved development approvals or major developments, Encroachment Permits within Public Right of Way, Fill and Grade Permits, and Building Permits.
Hearing Examiner Decisions - Applies to: Subdivisions, Rezones, Variances, Conditional Use Permits, Connections to the State Highway System, Extensions of the expiration of subdivisions, and Planned Developments (RPDs, MUPDs, & Recreational Vehicle Parks).
Legislative Decisions - Applies to: Zoning Code Amendments, Annexations, Comprehensive Plan Implementation (Zoning, Platting, and Subdivision Regulations), and Comprehensive Plan Amendments.
