Overview

Consolidated Disposal Service, Inc. has been contracted by the City to handle the refuse disposal service within the City limits. Rates vary depending on size of refuse container. The new refuse rates, effective March 1, 2026, can be found in the City of Quincy's most recently adopted 2026 Rate Resolution, as well as depicted below.
