Mayor Worley has requested all City of Quincy facility flags be lowed to half-staff in honor of former Mayor Dick Zimbelman who passed away Sunday, November 26, 2023. Flags will remain at half-staff until sunset on December 9, 2023.

Winter hours are Monday through Friday, 7:15 am - 3:15 pm, closed for lunch from 11:15 am - 12:15 pm.
