All City Offices Will Remain Closed Until Further Notice

Posted: March 31, 2020

City of Quincy announces changes to operations due to COVID-19 prevention.

All City offices will remain closed until further notice.
We are looking tentatively at reopening to the public Monday, May 4, 2020.

Office staff will still be available by phone or email Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. The Police Department will still be responding to calls as necessary. If you have an emergency, please call 911. Non-emergent police matters please call 787-2222. The City wants to assure the public that our employees are on the job making sure that our essential services are functioning and responding to calls for service. For emergency calls for service, it is essential to let dispatch know if you are experiencing flu like symptoms so our responders can be prepared.

Although our offices are closed, City of Quincy bills can be paid electronically, via a drop box or by mail. For those who need to drop off or pick up documents or who have other business, arrangements can be made to allow for drop off or pick up. The City of Quincy truly appreciates our community and the safe practices that we are working to employ to keep everyone healthy.

• Suspension of all recreation classes and programs. Refunds will be made for cancelled programs;
